Orders and Products
How long will it take to make my order?
All Moneypenny Creations orders are handmade to order and are usually processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Our products are designed and handmade by Moneypenny Creations in the UK. As many items are handmade, there may occasionally be very slight variations between products, we think that's part of what makes them special!
Can I request a custom or personalised design?
Absolutely! We love working on custom order requests! If you have an idea for a custom design, please get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible. You can contact us via TikTok or email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As many of our products are made to order, we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started, but we will always do our best to accomodate.
Delivery and Tracking
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery starts from £2.85, with the shipping cost based on your order value. We also offer FREE UK delivery on orders of £50 or more. Your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. All UK and international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. You'll receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International delivery to the USA and Canada is estimated at approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please remember that our 3–5 business day processing time is separate from the delivery time.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. If your UK order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or an international order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.
I entered the wrong delivery address – what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, we can't make changes once an order has been dispatched.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with all international orders sent using a tracked service. International shipping prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Will I have to pay import fees on USA orders?
USA orders are sent using a duties-paid service, meaning applicable import duties are covered by Moneypenny Creations. You should therefore not normally be asked to pay additional import duties when your parcel arrives.
Will I have to pay import fees on Canadian orders?
Possibly. Canadian orders are dispatched from the UK and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or handling fees on arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities, aren't included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
