Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are handmade by us and we aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

💸Shipping prices💸
At MoneypennyCreations we like to be transparent about shipping prices, there’s nothing worse than adding an item to your cart and being shocked by high shipping rates. Our shipping rates are a flat rate based on your order total and are as follows: 
🖤 Up to £20 = £2.50
🖤 £20.01 - £40 = £3.50
🖤 £40.01 - £59.99 = £4.50
🖤 Orders over £60 = Free shipping

👣Order Tracking👣
Car stickers/decals and sun-catchers are sent via Royal Mail first class as standard. 
All other items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. 
If you require quicker shipping please contact us before placing your order. 

❗️Shipping Delays❗️
Once your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
