All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are handmade by us and we aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We like to keep our shipping costs as clear as possible; nobody likes getting to checkout only to be surprised by the delivery charge!

🇬🇧 UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

🖤 £15.00–£30.00 — £3.95
🖤 £30.01–£49.99 — £4.95
🖤 Orders £50+ — FREE delivery
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

🇺🇸 USA Delivery
USA orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch for delivery. International delivery times are estimates and customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping costs are calculated according to your order value and displayed in USD at checkout:

🖤 $25.00–$49.99 — $22.95
🖤 $50.00–$134.99 — $26.95
🖤 Orders $135+ — FREE delivery

Import duties: USA orders are shipped using a duties-paid service, meaning applicable import duties are covered by Moneypenny Creations. You should not be asked to pay additional import duties when your parcel arrives.

🇨🇦 Canada Delivery
Canadian orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch for delivery.

Shipping costs are displayed in CAD at checkout:

Please note: Orders are dispatched from the UK and Canadian customers may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties and/or handling fees when their order enters Canada. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the prices paid at checkout.

👣Order Tracking👣
Car stickers/decals and sun-catchers are sent via Royal Mail first class as standard. 
All other items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. 
If you require quicker shipping please contact us before placing your order. 

❗️Shipping Delays❗️
Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.
For UK orders, if your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
International deliveries can occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or the destination country's postal network. If your international order appears significantly delayed, please get in touch and we'll help you check the tracking and next steps.
