Voucher details

Each voucher measures approx. 19.5cm × 9cm and is printed on super smooth white 250gsm cardstock, finished with your chosen foil. The reverse is blank, leaving space for handwritten notes or additional details. Envelopes are not included.

The “Your logo here” wording shown in the photos is a placeholder and will be replaced with your logo or business name.

Your vouchers can include details such as:

Not everything needs to be included, we’ll work together to fit the information you need within the design while keeping it clear and easy to read.

The design shown can be adapted to accommodate your logo, social media handles and other business details. Depending on the information you’d like included, some decorative elements or text may need to be moved, resized or removed to keep everything clear and balanced. Any adjustments will be shown in your digital proof for approval before printing.

A note about logos

If you’d like your business logo added, it will be reproduced in a single foil colour. Multicoloured logos will be converted to a single-colour version for foiling, so their original colours won’t appear on the finished vouchers.

You’ll be able to check how your logo looks in your digital proof before approving it for production.

How ordering works

1. Choose your quantity and foil colour
Select the number of vouchers you’d like and your preferred foil colour from the available options.

2. Place your order
Complete checkout using an email address you check regularly.

3. Look out for an email from us
We’ll contact you using the email address provided with your order to collect your business details and personalisation requirements.

Depending on what you’d like included, we may ask for your logo, business name, contact details, wording, voucher terms and expiry information.
Please send your logo in the highest quality available. A PNG with a transparent background, SVG or high-quality PDF is preferred where possible.

4. Check your digital proof
Once we have everything we need, we’ll prepare a digital proof and email it to you for approval.

Please check all spelling, wording, contact details, values, dates and voucher terms carefully. Let us know if anything needs adjusting before you approve it.

5. Approve your design
Nothing will be printed until you’ve approved your final proof. Once approved, your vouchers will enter production.

6. We make your vouchers!
Your vouchers will be printed, foiled, cut and finished by hand before being carefully packaged and dispatched to you.

Turnaround time

We aim to email your digital proof within 24–48 hours of receiving all the information and files needed to personalise your vouchers. Your vouchers will be made and dispatched within 3–5 days of your final proof being approved. Delivery time is additional, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Delays in receiving your details or proof approval will affect the dispatch date.

Running low? Simply place another order for this design and let us know that it’s a repeat order, including your previous order number if possible.

We’ll keep your approved design on file so you can easily top up your vouchers.

If details such as your prices, terms, contact information or expiry wording need updating, please let us know when ordering so we can confirm the changes before printing.

These are physical, personalised gift vouchers for use within your own business. You are purchasing voucher stationery; the purchase price does not include any redeemable gift value.

A digital proof will be provided before production. It is your responsibility to check all details carefully, including spelling, grammar, dates, prices, contact information and voucher terms.

Production will only begin once your final proof has been approved. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs if printing or production has already started.

Foil appearance changes with the light, and colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished product.

By supplying logos, images, wording or other materials, you confirm that you have the appropriate rights or permission for us to use them in your design.
